What is your shipping policy?
We happily ship our products wherever a Savvylicious Sweets craving arises. We ship our products via Fed Ex ground on Monday and Tuesdays of the following week.

What if my product is late or damaged?
Savvylicious Sweets takes great pride and care in the handling and packaging of our product. However, we don’t have control over what may happen in shipping once it leaves our careful hands. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the quality or condition of our product upon arrival, please contact us immediately. The best way to ensure a timely arrival is to place your order at least two weeks prior to the date you need our treats.

How quickly can I get my order?
Please be aware that our creations are baked fresh and handmade with care. We therefore do require 72 hours for orders up to three dozen items. Larger orders will require more time. If you require a Rush order please send us an email and we will do our best to accommodate your request. An additional fee may be incurred.

Ordering

Do you create custom orders?
The answer is YES! We will be happy to discuss creating your custom creation of flavors, coating and combinations. Some customizations will have an additional fee.
